We can offer a cost
effective laptop repair service for all makes of laptop and notebooks and offer
3 levels of service based upon type of laptop problem to be
fixed:
Level 1
Where the fault is
obvious like broken power socket, USB or PS2 port repairs, we can repair the
unit for the fixed price of £99 + parts. The price includes
collection and return within a 10 mile radius of WA3
6XX.
Level 2
If the fault is more
serious such as no power, cutting out, blown components, locked system, etc. we
offer a fixed price of £149 + parts. The price includes collection
and return within a 10 mile radius of WA36XX.
Level 3
For repairs requiring
evaluation, for example if the laptop has been dropped and has multiple
problems, we will collect the notebook from you and bring it back to base. We
will then diagnose the fault, and draw up a quote based on our findings. If
your decline the quote, then we will only charge a fee of £15.00 to cover
our carriage costs to collect and return the unit.
All repairs carry a 3
month warranty and valet.
